We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page. For helmets and pads, we recommend measuring your circumference and height to ensure a secure, professional fit that meets safety standards.
What is your return policy for customized equipment?
Standard items can be returned within 30 days. However, custom-strung heads or personalized jerseys are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for team orders?
Individual orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Bulk team orders require additional processing time for logistics and quality checks, usually arriving within 7-10 business days.
Are your lacrosse sticks pre-strung or unstrung?
We offer both options. You can purchase 'Complete Sticks' which come pre-strung and ready for play, or 'Heads' and 'Shafts' separately if you prefer a custom setup.
Do you offer a warranty on carbon fiber shafts?
Yes, most of our premium carbon fiber shafts come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects and breakage during normal game play.
